Thank you for choosing Zodiac Scentz as your luxury candle and fragrance provider. To ensure that all of our customers have a positive experience, we have established the following policies:

  1. Order Processing: Please allow 7-10 business days for all orders to be processed and shipped. We will do our best to ensure that your order is shipped out as soon as possible.

  2. Refunds: We do not offer refunds on any of our products. All sales are final. If you have any questions or concerns about your purchase, please contact us at customercare@zodiacscentz.com.

  3. Broken Products: If your product is damaged during shipping, we will replace it free of charge. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your shipment by emailing customercare@zodiacscentz.com with a photo of the damaged product and your order number.

  4. Contacting Us: If you have any problems with your order or have any questions about our products or policies, please do not hesitate to contact us. However, please do not DM us on social media. Instead, please email us at customercare@zodiacscentz.com. We will respond to your message between the hours of 8am-6pm CST.

  5. Shipping: We charge a flat rate of $10.00 for shipping. All orders are shipped via standard shipping and will be delivered within 7-10 business days after processing.

  6. Handmade Products: All of our products are handmade with love and care. As such, each item is unique and may have slight variations in appearance.
